WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE APPLIED?
Once you have completed your application you will be told quite quickly if you are eligible. You will then be given an eligibility code. You must pass this code onto us at the nursery as soon as you receive it. We will then submit your code to the local authority to confirm your eligibility.
IMPORTANT: You must make sure that you reconfirm your eligibility every 3 months from the date your application is successful. You should receive an email and text message reminder from the HMRC to remind you to reconfirm. If you do not reconfirm it could result in your 30 hour entitlement dropping back down to 15 hours meaning you would have to pay for any additional care.
